Robert Gordon being a well know Australian brand with an established business model was looking to a way to generate more traffic through their website and improve the user experience for better conversions.

To do this we came up with a strategy which involved really getting to know their user groups and how they interact with their online platform. Research was the key to this through Google analytics and surveys. From there we could piece together user personas and journey maps to really understand their goals, motivations and pain points. Empathy is essential when planning the website around their behaviours and knowledge.

Creating detailed flow charts and a site map gave a solid foundation of how we would present the content and functionality to the user.

Once launched, we will be able to monitor and gauge the true effects of all our research and efforts.
